MINIMUM ORDER

• US $500 to buy stock available for immediate dispatch. No MOQ. Lead-time is 1-2 weeks from payment to dispatch. Create your wholesale account on our online wholesale platform and start writing your order.

• US $1000 to put an order through production. MOQ: 3 products per design & colourway. Lead-time is 6-8 weeks from handover to dispatch.

• NEW !!! We partnered with Powered by People - the only wholesale marketplace for small-batch, responsibly-made goods - to offer you the best wholesale conditions on most of our collections. By purchasing from them, get $100 off your first order AND net 60 payment terms. MOV is $500 and MOQ is 3 per design / colourway ! Lead-times 6-8 weeks from payment to dispatch.

• US $2500 for bespoke design or product developments. Additional fees apply. Lead-time 8-12 weeks according to the size of the order.

PRICES
Prices are in USD and ex-works Mfuwe (Eastern Province, Zambia).
To get FOB Lusaka prices, add a fixed fee of US $100 for handling & export clearance (when shipping with DHL) or $200 (when shipping any other way).

PAYMENT TERMS
• For orders going through production: 100% deposit for first time orders and 50% deposit for repeat clients (50% and freight upon dispatch). International transfer preferably.
• For orders of stock available for immediate dispatch via our wholesale platform: 100% upfront. Payment by credit card to pay via our online wholesale platform.
• For orders placed via Powered by People: 60 days net terms.

SHIPPING
Tribal Textiles has been exporting successfully for more than 20 years to over 25 countries around the world.
Orders ship via airfreight unless otherwise arranged with buyers (via DHL or for bigger orders, using a well-established shipping agent based in Lusaka, Zambia).
We can arrange shipping and all export paperwork. Cost of shipping (freight, duty and tax) is the responsibility of the buyer.

Average shipping rates from Zambia:
Orders <$500: 25-32% of order value
Orders < $1,000: 20-25% of order value
Orders < $2,500: 15-20% of order value
Orders < $5,000: 12-15% of order value
Orders < $10,000: 9-12% of order value
% include freight & export clearance.
For payments made on our online wholesale platform, freight costs are including shipping, export clearance paperwork and a 3% credit card transaction fee.

Average shipping lead-times:
> 5-10 working days with DHL (from the date of dispatch from Lusaka (Zambia).
> 3 weeks with shipping agent (from the date of dispatch from our workshop. The buyer bears all cost and risk thereafter but goods can be insured for 3% of their value.
